Daal Kafta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tomatoes 
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¾+¾+¾ cup Water 
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • Water (for boiling) As Required
  • 1 cup Split Chickpeas (soaked)
  • ¼ cup Oil 
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 15 Forzen Kafta Kabab 
  • Green coriander (chopped) As Required

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and cook for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and cook for another minute. Add water in 2 intervals and cook until masala is ready.
  • Now add tomatoes, boiled split chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Fry Forzen Kafta Kabab.
  • Add Kafta Kabab and Dal and give it a good mix.
  • Now add garam masala and mix again. Garnish it green coriander and mix well
  • Your Kafta Kabab is ready. Serve it with roti or rice and enjoy
