Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Water
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 4 piece Chicken
  • tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • tsp Baking Powder
  • tsp Mustard Powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 5 cups Water
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add water ,salt, vinegar green chili paste and mix well.
  • Add chicken pieces & dip properly and marinate for 4-5 hours.
  • In a bowl, add marinated chicken, red chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, baking powder, mustard powder, soy sauce, chili sauce, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In one bowl, all-purpose flour & add water in another bowl.
  • Now coat marinated chicken pieces in all-purpose flour then dip into water & again coat in all-purpose flour.
  • In a wok,heat cooking oil (155 C) and fry chicken pieces on low flame until golden & crispy (10-12 minutes).
  • Serve with bun & potato fries!
