In a bowl add flour, salt, ghee and mix well until well incorporated. Now add water and knead a soft dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Now take the dough and cut it into 8 equal parts. Take one part, make it into ball shape. Now flatten it down with rolling pin into roti shape.
Brush ghee on it and turn it into round roll shape. Roll it down again.
Then deep fry on low medium flame until light golden color and fully cooked. Your Puri Paratha is ready.
In a pan heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add salt, red chili flakes, red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
Add eggs and mix and cook until fully done. Now add cumin powder, green chilies and mix well.
Garnish with coriander and your Khageena is ready. serve with Puri Paratha.
