Khageena With Puri Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ghee 
  • Water As Required
  • Ghee (for brushing) As Required
  • Oil (for frying) As Required
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • Green Coriander (Chopped) As Required

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add flour, salt, ghee and mix well until well incorporated. Now add water and knead a soft dough. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • Now take the dough and cut it into 8 equal parts. Take one part, make it into ball shape. Now flatten it down with rolling pin into roti shape.
  • Brush ghee on it and turn it into round roll shape. Roll it down again.
  • Then deep fry on low medium flame until light golden color and fully cooked. Your Puri Paratha is ready.
  • In a pan heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add salt, red chili flakes, red chili powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Add eggs and mix and cook until fully done. Now add cumin powder, green chilies and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander and your Khageena is ready. serve with Puri Paratha.
