Lifafa Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 2 tbsp Ghee Or Oil
  • Water As Required
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Onion (Chopped)
  • ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt 
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tbsp Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green coriander (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Black Olives (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion (Chopped)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add flour, salt, ghee and mix well. Now add water and knead a smooth and soft dough. Cover it with cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl add eggs, onion, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, tomatoes, green coriander, olives, green onion, garlic powder, black pepper powder and mix well. Your egg mixture is ready.
  • Take the dough and cut it into 4 equal parts and make dough balls of each. Roll the dough ball into flat circle shape with the help of rolling pin.
  • spread ghee on it and fold to make square shape. Now roll it down again with rolling pin into square shape.
  • Now transfer it on pre-heated pan, spread the egg mixture and cheese slices evenly on top. Fold it into square shape, brush ghee on it and cook each side on low medium flame until light golden and crispy.
  • Your tasty Lifafa Paratha is ready to serve.
