Chicken Chili Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken Boneless Strips
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 400 g Elbow Macaroni 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • Water As Required
  • 2 tbsp Oil 
  • Seasoned Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Capsicum 
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Green Chilies
  • ½ tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1 cup Water 
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour Slurry

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add chicken strips, oil, salt, black pepper powder and mix well. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • In a pot add water and bring it to boil, add salt, oil and macaroni. Boil the macaroni as per instructions on the pack and strain.
  • In a wok heat oil and add garlic, saute for 1 minute. Now add seasoned chicken and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, sugar, chili sauce and mix well. Now add water, capsicum and green chilies and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add corn flour slurry and cook until sauce thickens. Now add boiled macaroni and mix well.
  • Sprinkle green onion and serve hot.
