In a grinder, grind 1 cup gram flour, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp chaat masala and 1 tbsp chopped dried coriander until forms a batter.
Marinate 500 grams boneless fish strips in prepared batter and deep fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Delicious Lahori Fried Fish is ready to serve.
