Milk

Desiccated coconut

Coconut Essence
Almonds Pistachio
For Garnishing:
Silver waraq
Instructions
Soak rice in water for 4 hours
Crushed with hands
Boil milk then add rice.Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes or until rice are tender
Now add sugar, desiccated coconut. Cook and stir until kheer thickened
Stir in the coconut essence
Remove from the heat.
Transfer into a serving bowl.Garnish with silver waraq, almonds and pistachio sliced.
Delicious Coconut Kheer is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
