Coconut Kheer Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 4 tbsp Rice
  • 3 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Coconut Essence
  • Almonds Pistachio

For Garnishing:

  • Silver waraq

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice in water for 4 hours
  • Crushed with hands
  • Boil milk then add rice.Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes or until rice are tender
  • Now add sugar, desiccated coconut. Cook and stir until kheer thickened
  • Stir in the coconut essence
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl.Garnish with silver waraq, almonds and pistachio sliced.
  • Delicious Coconut Kheer is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
