Home Made Carrot Delight Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Carrot 
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 cups Water 
  • 1 tsp Pistachio 
  • ½ tsp Green Elaichi Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Coconut Powder As Required

Instructions
 

  • Now wash and peel all carrots.
  • Now cut all carrots into small pieces.
  • Now place a pan on medium flame add all carrot pieces to it.
  • Now add 2 cups of water and put a lid and heat until a boil.
  • Now turn off the flame and remove excess water and keep the water aside and let them cool.
  • Take 4 any type of small bowls/ Plates and grease them well with oil.
  • After carrots become cool then add carrots into a grinding jar and prepare a smooth fine paste.
  • Take 1/2 cup of boiled carrot water into a Bowl.
  • Add 3 tbsp of corn starch (Gelatine) into Bowl and mix well.
  • Take a pan and place it on a platform and add Carrot paste to it.
  • Add 1/2 cup of sugar powder and add corn starch water to it and mix everything well.
  • Place the pan on low flame and stir continuously and cook until thick like jelly
  • After it becomes thick, add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and mix well.
  • When it became like jell consistency, turn off the flame.
  • Now transfer carrot mix into Greased bowls.
  • Let it set for 3-4 Hours in Fridge.
  • After 3-4 Hour take the bowl out from the fridge.
  • Now Demold it and transfer it on a plate or platform.
  • Coat all sides of it with desiccated Coconut. 
  • Garnish it as per your choice.
  • Carrot Delight is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
