Cucumber Raita Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Grated Cucumber
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 1 cup Whipped Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp Salt To Taste
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onions
  • ½ tsp Roasted & Crushed Cumin
  • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the cucumber.
  • Mix all the ingredients and vegetables in the whipped yogurt.
  • Serve it chilled.
