Aloo Bukharay ki Chutney Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packet Dried Plums
  • 1 cup Tamarind Paste
  • 10 AlmondsĀ 
  • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
  • 10 Red Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 cup Sugar or Jaggery
  • Ā½ cup White Vinegar
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Soak aloo bukaray with some water and mash it with hand.
  • Add on tamarind paste.
  • In handi aad in tamarind paste, aloo bukharay, sugar almonds, chopped ginger, white vinegar and cook it on a low flame.
  • Add in salt and chutney is ready.
