Sugar Free Gulab Ki Kheer Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Rice
  • litre Full Cream Milk
  • Sugar Free Powder To Taste
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Dry Rose Petal
  • Fresh Rose Petal (for Garnishing)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes.
  • Now, heat milk in a wide kadhai and let it come to a boil.
  • Drain the rice and add it to the simmering milk on low flame. Let the rice cook in the milk.
  • When the rice is more than halfway done, add chopped nuts dry rose petals and cardamom powder.
  • When the rice has cooked completely and the rice kheer has thickened to the desired consistency, switch off the flame and add sugar free powder and mix well.
  • Pour the kheer in individual bowls. garnish with rose petals and serve chilled.
