Palak Kofta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach
  • 300 gm Beef Mince
  • ½ cup Gram Flour
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Oil For Frying

For Masala:

  • 1 Onion Boiled & Grinded
  • 1 tbsp Almonds Grounded
  • Salt To Taste
  • tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tomatoes Blended
  • tsp Gram Flour
  • ½ cup Oil 
  • Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Cream For Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix mince and all the ingredients for kofta, grind well, make into balls, fry in oil, keep aside.

For Masala:

  • Heat oil, add in boiled and grounded onion with seasonings, grounded tomatoes, grounded almonds, fry masala well, add 1 ½ cup water, mix with 1 tbsp gram flour, cook for 10 mins, lastly add cream, fried kofta and coriander leaves.
