In a bowl, mix mince and all the ingredients for kofta, grind well, make into balls, fry in oil, keep aside.
For Masala:
Heat oil, add in boiled and grounded onion with seasonings, grounded tomatoes, grounded almonds, fry masala well, add 1 ½ cup water, mix with 1 tbsp gram flour, cook for 10 mins, lastly add cream, fried kofta and coriander leaves.
