Instructions
Heat oil in pan fry onion and mutton till light golden brown
Add all whole spices, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder
Add turmeric, yogurt , ginger, garlic with 1 cup of water
Covered pan and cook on slow flame till mutton is 80 % done.
Now add garam spices, covered and cook again for few mints till gravy separates oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
