On the tawa pan roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, peanuts and cumin seeds. Then grind it well. Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, desiccated coconut and all spice powder. Cook well.
Add little water and ½ cup of oil. Mix well
Then slit eggplant from between and add the mixture then heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves then cook till than eggplant tender then add tamarind paste and leave 5 minutes on dum and serve.
