Meringue Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 100 gm Sugar 

Instructions
 

  • In a clean mixing bowl add egg whites, salt, white vinegar and whisk until frothy
  • Gradually start adding sugar, 1-2 tsp at a time,whisk continuously in between each addition
  • Check if sugar granules have completely dissolved,add vanilla essence and give it a quick mix
  • Add the meringue to a piping bag fitted with star nozzle,pipe cookies on a baking tray lined with a baking paper
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for an hour
  • Leave for another hour in the oven
  • Store in an air tight container.
