Ingredients

Instructions
In a clean mixing bowl add egg whites, salt, white vinegar and whisk until frothy
Gradually start adding sugar, 1-2 tsp at a time,whisk continuously in between each addition
Check if sugar granules have completely dissolved,add vanilla essence and give it a quick mix
Add the meringue to a piping bag fitted with star nozzle,pipe cookies on a baking tray lined with a baking paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for an hour
Leave for another hour in the oven
Store in an air tight container.
