Knead all together except egg yolk, soft, leave to rise for 1 hour.
For Chicken:
Heat butter and oil in a pan, add chicken, green chilies then add salt, crushed red pepper, fry for 2 mins, add vegetables and flour, cook for 1 min.
Add stock, cream, cook till thick, add lemon juice, remove in a pyrex dish, top the corners with a dough, make a string of dough or make balls and place on corners, cut into pieces with knife, cover and keep aside till double, brush with egg.
sprinkle with crushed pepper in center, bake for 20 mins on 190 D.
