Instructions
Brush a mini cupcake tray with cooking oil, set aside
Now brush the roll wrappers with oil or melted butter too and press each disc down into the tray
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 7-9mins, or until golden brown
Let the cups cool then take them out and add a mix of chopped, grated veggies, and chicken chunks
Sprinkle salt pepper, drizzle sauce, and top it off with cilantro
