Cheesy Chicken Tikka Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Chicken (Breast Cubes)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt 
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Cream 
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 
  • Cheese For Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take a marination bowl. Add chicken breast cubes (1-2 inches), ginger garlic paste, Chili flakes, yogurt, & cream. Mix well. Keep aside chicken to marinate for about 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in the pan. Add marinated chicken. Simmer for around 10 minutes. Take chicken tikkas out on the serving plate.
  • Take another pan. Add double cream & mayonnaise. Mix well  & cook for 1 minute. You can even add some cheese to it if you want.
  • Garnish chicken tikkas with sauce. Apply shredded cheese to it and sprinkle some oregano and Chili flakes and serve hot.
