Green Masala Powder Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2-3 Green Chillies Chopped
  • 2 tsp  Ginger Chopped
  • 6 Black Peppercorns
  • 6 Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powdered
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the ingredients and refrigerate it.
  • Use it to marinate boiled potatoes or paneer, after which they can be either grilled or fried.
  • You can also cook the masala over low flame, with a little water and grated coconut added to it.
