Khada Masala Gosht karahi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 700 gm Mutton
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tsp Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 1 Green Cardamoms
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • Green Coriander Chopped (Garnish)
  • ¼ cup Oil 

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan fry onion and mutton till light golden brown
  • Add all whole spices, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder
  • Add turmeric, yogurt, ginger, garlic with 1 cup of water
  • Covered pan and cook on slow flame till mutton is 80 % done.
  • Now add garam spices, covered and cook again for few mints till gravy separates oil.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
