Chocolate Vanilla Cake Rusk Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 190 gm Sugar
  • 125 gm Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 175 gm Flour
  • 10 gm Baking Powder
  • 15 gm Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 drops Lemon Essence
  • 10 gm Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • Then add in water and mix well. Now divide the mixture into two portions. In the first portion add cocoa powder and flour it properly
  • Add the two mixtures individually and bake it in an oven at 160 c for about 30 minutes. Now remove it from an oven and allow it to cool.
  • Cut it like cake rusk and bake it again at 130 c. Lastly place it onto a serving platter. Serve.
