Almonds Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Icing Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Almond Essence Or Vanilla Essence 
  • 50 g Flour 
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Honey As Required
  • Almonds As Required

Instructions
 

  • In a greased baking pan put almonds upside down in a flower shape.
  • Now add butter, icing sugar, mix till combine then add eggs one by one then lemon juice, essence, flour, baking powder, almond flour and salt. Mix till properly combined.
  • Scrape of the sides too, pour the batter to the cake pan and bake for 20 mins. Till skewer comes out clean. Now drizzle honey.
