In a greased baking pan put almonds upside down in a flower shape.
Now add butter, icing sugar, mix till combine then add eggs one by one then lemon juice, essence, flour, baking powder, almond flour and salt. Mix till properly combined.
Scrape of the sides too, pour the batter to the cake pan and bake for 20 mins. Till skewer comes out clean. Now drizzle honey.
