Desi Fish Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chopped
  • Curry Leaves Handful
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch (Add water to make paste)
  • 6 piece Tamarind
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • Fish Fillets As Required
  • Rice For Serve

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan add oil and sauté all the spices till aromatic. Now add ginger garlic, onion, spices, and mix well. 
  • Now add water, tamarind, in another pan. sear fish with corn flour coated till color. Now add coconut milk and mix.
  • Now add coconut milk and mix. Make sure to not break the fish fillets.
  • Serve with rice. Drizzle some coconut milk on top.
