Instructions
In a sauce pan add oil and sauté all the spices till aromatic. Now add ginger garlic, onion, spices, and mix well.
Now add water, tamarind, in another pan. sear fish with corn flour coated till color. Now add coconut milk and mix.
Now add coconut milk and mix. Make sure to not break the fish fillets.
Serve with rice. Drizzle some coconut milk on top.
