Date Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup NutsĀ 
  • 15-20 Pitted Dates
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the nuts (mix of walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until it forms a paste.
  • Shape them into balls and roll them into desiccated coconut
  • Cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!
