In a frying pan, add chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, paprika powder, dried oregano, salt, red chilli powder, garlic paste and mix well.
Add cooking oil,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame until chicken is tender & dries up.
Let it cool.
In a chopper, add chicken & chop well.
Take out in a bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
Slit green chilies with the help of knife & deseed them.
Stuffed green chilies with prepared filling, coat in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs and coat well with breadcrumbs and again dip in whisked eggs & coat with breadcrumbs & let them rest for 10 minutes (makes 45-50).
Can be stored for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
