Chicken Madfoon Mandi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken Legs or Breast
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ cup Coriander 
  • ½ cup Mint 
  • 5 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Almond 
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Water 
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • Oil As Required
  • 2 Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp All spices

Instructions
 

  • Blend salt, coriander, mint, almonds, green chilies, garlic cloves, water well and make a paste.
  • Mix the paste with yogurt, oil, lemon juice, black pepper powder and garam masala. Marinate chicken in the it and leave it for at least 2 hours in fridge.
  • Wrap chicken in aluminum foil and bake it at 220 degree for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also steam it for 30 to 35 minutes.
