Blend salt, coriander, mint, almonds, green chilies, garlic cloves, water well and make a paste.
Mix the paste with yogurt, oil, lemon juice, black pepper powder and garam masala. Marinate chicken in the it and leave it for at least 2 hours in fridge.
Wrap chicken in aluminum foil and bake it at 220 degree for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also steam it for 30 to 35 minutes.
