Instructions
Marinate the fillets in the above for at least half an hour.
Fry in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
Once chicken has cooked and browned slightly and coated with all spices (Do not over cook)
Add 1 cup fresh cream 1 tsp crushed red chilli and 1 tbsp grated green pepper to the chicken.
Allow to simmer on low heat. Once the chicken has infused and the sauce has thickened.
Serve. Top with chopped coriander & crushed red chili.
