Creamy Peppered Chicken Strips Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken Fillets (Stripe OR Cubes)
  • 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
  • 6 Small Pita Bread

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the fillets in the above for at least half an hour.
  • Fry in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
  • Once chicken has cooked and browned slightly and coated with all spices (Do not over cook)
  • Add 1 cup fresh cream 1 tsp crushed red chilli and 1 tbsp grated green pepper to the chicken.
  • Allow to simmer on low heat. Once the chicken has infused and the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve. Top with chopped coriander & crushed red chili.
