Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Rice
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 250 gm Green Onion

Instructions
 

  • In hot oil add crushed black pepper and garlic and fry. Then add salt and 2 cups of water. 
  • Once it comes to a boil add rice.
  • Once the water evaporates then add green onions and leave to temper.
