Lazeez Mutton Matka Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Mutton
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • cup Water 
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • [Put all above ingredients together in a pan, cook till tender and 1 cup stock left.]

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Allspice 
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 18-20 Curry Leaves
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 Onion Sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a wok add ½ cup oil with sliced onion, fry till golden, add curry leaves, green chilies julienne, boiled mutton, stock.
  • Cook till boiling, add ginger garlic and dry spices, cook till stock rise.
  • Lastly add coriander leaves, serve with naan.
