Preheat the oven to 180c (350f) and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the pasta to al dente in salted water according to the package instructions.
Toss the cooked pasta in a big mixing bowl and add the parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and olive oil, and mix with a spoon until combined.
Spread the pasta on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
Serve the pasta chips with your favorite sauce
Air Fryer Method:
If you’re making pasta chips in the air fryer, it will be quicker.
Make the pasta mixture as written in the instructions, then transfer the pasta into an air fryer.
Cook it for 8-10 minutes at 200c (400f) or until golden brown and crispy.
