Boil water in pan, add in 1 kg peeled and boiled radish and cook for 10 minutes. Now drain and squeeze radish well. Boil 1 kg milk in another pan, add in boiled radish and cook over medium flame till milk dries.
Now add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup ghee. Fry well. Also add 2 ground green cardamom, ½ kg khoya, 50 gm sliced almond and pistachio.
Turn the flame off. Put this mixture in a serving dish. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
