Chanay ki Daal Gosht Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton
  • 250 g Yellow Lentil (soaked)
  • 3 Tomatoes (Sliced)
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • ½ cup Oil 
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves
  • ½ cup Brown Onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ cup Turmeric Powder
  • tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp All Spice
  • 4 Green Chilies

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
  • Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
  • Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the soak daal,
  • Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and ready to serve.
