Homemade Pizza Paratha Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts (Boiled & Shredded)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 6-8 Olives 
  • Mushroom Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Crush Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 4 tbsp Pizza Sauce

For Paratha:

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions
 

Make The Filling:

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add pizza sauce with boiled chicken crush pepper, cook for 5 min and remove.

Make The Paratha:

  • Knead all well together in to a medium dough make into balls stuff with filling and roll as shown, Shallow fry.
