Make potli with the whole spices. Heat ½ cup oil, add half quantity of brown onion. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, allspice and lemon juice.
In your fried onion, add marinated chicken, remove on sides, make a well, add muslin cloth, top with boiled rice, then add yellow color, saffron.
Put to cook on fast flame for 5 mins, then lower flame for 20 mins till chicken done, then give dum of coal.
