Chicken Tikka Handi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless Chicken Cubes
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Food Color
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Charcoal For Smoke
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green Chilies

Instructions
 

  • Combine cubed chicken with salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, food color, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Stir until well-coated, and marinate for 1 hour.
  • In a medium sized pot, heat oil and add in the marinated chicken. Cook on high flame.
  • Then on low flame, stir in cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add chopped coriander, stir, and then give charcoal steam for 5 minutes.
