Instructions
Combine cubed chicken with salt, chilli powder, chilli flakes, food color, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and yogurt. Stir until well-coated, and marinate for 1 hour.
In a medium sized pot, heat oil and add in the marinated chicken. Cook on high flame.
Then on low flame, stir in cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
Add chopped coriander, stir, and then give charcoal steam for 5 minutes.
