Khobani (Apricot) ki khatti meethi chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Apricot
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • 6 Whole Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 50 g Jaggery
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Orange Food Color

Instructions
 

  • Soak the apricots all night. Heat oil and add red chili and fry them.
  • Now add jaggery, salt, cumin, red chili powder, food coloring and cook. 
  • Once the chutney thickens, add the vinegar.
