Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water and then add red chili, salt, turmeric, whole coriander, cumin and cook.
In a chopper add green chili, coriander, mint, garlic, flour and chop together and gradually add into hot water.
Knead a hard dough and shape into small rotis, and fry on an oiled pan.
