Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 250 g Fenugreek
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 6 Green Chilies
  • ½ cup Coriander
  • ½ cup Mint
  • 1 tsp Red Chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Whole Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Oil As Needed

Instructions
 

  • Boil 2 cups of water and then add red chili, salt, turmeric, whole coriander, cumin and cook.
  • In a chopper add green chili, coriander, mint, garlic, flour and chop together and gradually add into hot water. 
  • Knead a hard dough and shape into small rotis, and fry on an oiled pan.
