Hara Masala Egg Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Grounded Raw Onion
  • 4 tbsp Cream 
  • 2 tbsp Grounded Almonds
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 4 Grinded Green Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves 
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Roasted & Grounded)
  • tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Oil
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • A pinch Turmeric Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste with grounded onion, black pepper, salt, turmeric and yogurt, fry masala well.
  • Add cumin roasted and crushed, when oil comes on top, add grounded almonds, cream, dhania powder, green chilies grounded, then add 1 cup water.
  • Cover and cook till gravy thick. Now add boiled eggs.
  • Cook for another 2 mins, remove in a dish, drizzle with cream, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
