Homemade Masala Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Corn
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2  cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2  tsp Chaat Masala
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • Salt As Required

Instructions
 

  • To prepare this delicious dish, start boiling the corns in water over medium flame in a deep bottomed pan. Add some salt in it, let it simmer for 10-12 minutes. Now drain the water and keep the corns aside.
  • Take a large bowl and add the melted butter along with the boiled corns. Next, add in garam masala powder, Chaat masala, and chili powder, chopped green chilies and salt. Mix the ingredients nicely.
  • Lastly, add in lime juice and coriander leaves and serve hot!
