Ingredients
  

  • 750 g Wheat Flour
  • 200 g Gond (Edible gum)
  • 2 cups Jaggery
  • ½ cup Caster Sugar
  • cup Clarified Butter
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds
  • ½ cup Sliced Pistachio
  • tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat half quantity of clarified butter and fry gum little by little and remove. In the remaining ghee, add Jaggery and wheat flour.
  • Cook for at least 15 mins on low flame, then add in the remaining ingredients, mix well and save in a jar.
