Instructions
Take all the vegetables, cut them into small proportions and keep them aside for mixing.
In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, chopped cabbage, boiled chickpeas, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, julienned tomato, mustard paste and mix well.
Then add olive oil and mix well.
Take it out on a plate and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!
