Instructions
In a bowl mash the cooked rice. Now add yogurt, milk and fresh cream. Mix well and heat up some oil in a pan.
Add all the whole spices and chili-ginger. Give it a stir and add the mixture in the rice.
Next add salt and mix well. Now add the pomegranate seeds (optional), stir and voila! Serve and enjoy!
