In bowl, add oil, nigella seeds(crushed),mustard seeds (crushed),coriander seeds(crushed),salt, red chili flakes, fennel seeds (crushed),tarti, garlic paste, green garlic, green chili and carrots.
Give it a good mix. Instant carrot pickle is ready.
Note:
Don’t use wet or used spoon. You can store in fridge for up to 2 weeks. Always use clean and dry jars for storage.
