In a bowl,add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form & set aside.
In a bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar,yogurt,cream cheese,vanilla essence and whisk until combined.
Transfer the bowl to a double boiler and cook for 8-10 minutes (Whisk gentle to maintain even temperature).
In a small bowl, add water, gelatin powder and mix well.
Now add dissolved gelatin in a bowl, mix well then remove from heat.
Add melted chocolate & whisk until well combined.
Let it cool completely.
Add whipped cream and fold until well combined with the help of spatula.
Pour the mixture over the candi crust, tap few times & freeze for 4-6 hours in freezer
Take out cheesecake from the pan and cut into bars.
Drizzle chocolate ganache,garnish with candi biscuits & serve.
