Apple Yogurt Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Red Apples
  • 1 Carrot
  • 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 10-12 Pecan Nuts
  • Few Lettuce Leaves

For Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt To Taste
  • Crushed Black Peppercorns

Instructions
 

For Dressing:

  • Put drained poppy seeds, yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt and crushed peppercorns into a jar and blend with an electric hand blender till smooth.
  • Quarter the green apple and red apple, remove the core, dice and transfer into a bowl.
  • Add carrot strips, mint leaves, pecan nuts, 1-2 lettuce leaves and dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
