Orange Ginger Syrup Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 5 cups Sugar
  • 20 g GingerĀ 

Instructions
 

  • Add orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and ginger in a pan.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Simmer the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture and transfer in a clean glass bottle.
  • Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for up to a month.

How To Serve:

  • To serve, take 2 tablespoon of syrup in a glass.
  • Top with chilled water or soda water. Garnish with Orange slice or wedge and ice cubes.
