Instructions
Place watermelon, strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, maple syrup, whole milk, and mint leaves in the jar of a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more milk or water as needed if the smoothie is too thick.
Taste and add additional maple syrup if you’d like the smoothie sweeter. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon and a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
