Fruit and Mint Custard Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Strawberry
  • 4 Apricots
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 4 drops  Vanilla Essence 
  • 1 tsp Chopped Almonds
  • 4 Kiwi
  • 15 g Custard Powder
  • ¼ cup  Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chopped Cashews
  • 5 Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take strawberries, apricot, kiwis and cut into small cubes.
  • Mix custard powder and sugar in little milk to prepare custard slurry.
  • Boil the remaining milk for 10 minutes in a pot. Pour the custard slurry in the boiled milk and give a good whisk.
  • Add chopped fruits, almonds, cashews, mint leaves and vanilla essence to the custard. Let the custard cool down and then keep in the fridge until chilled. Custard is now ready to be served.
