Pakora Thali Recipe

Ingredients
  

For Gram Flour:

  • 1-1/2 cup Gram Flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Chili
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed Cumin, Coriander
  •  ¾ tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/8  tsp Soda
  • ½ tsp Turmeric

For Pakora:

  • Potato (cut round) as required
  • 8-10 Spinach Leaves
  • Cottage Cheese as required
  • Onion Rings as required
  • 1 cup Finely Cut Cabbage
  • Green Coriander, Green Chilies as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients of gram flour then dissolve it with water and leave for ½ an hour. Now make pakora with potatoes, spinach, onion rings, finely cut cabbage and cottage cheese.
  • Cut all finely then add green coriander and green chilies mix and make pakoras then serve with chutney.
