Bohri Malpura Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2-4 tbsp. Oil
  • Almonds For Garnish
  • Pistachio For Garnish

Instructions
 

  • To prepare sugar syrup, pour water into a deep pan. Add green cardamom and sugar, and whisk to help the sugar dissolve quicker. Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • In a bowl add flour, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder, and mix well. Now pour milk gradually and make a thick mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour the prepared flour mixture into the pan and cook each side for 3 minutes. Take them out on a plate when done from both sides.
  • Drizzle sugar syrup. Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
